Where can you ship your wine?

Shipping wine outside of Washington, DC is complicated (each state has their own licensing, taxes and reporting requirements), but we are working our way through it to help deliver your order to you. 

If you reside in the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) please feel free to place your order, set your delivery option to “Pick Up”, which you can do, or we’ll personally be happy to deliver it to you.

Currently we can ship to the following states: AK, CA, DC, FL, ID.

If you don't see your state or the state where you would like to ship, please contact us at info@caldwellfamilyvines.com to determine potential alternative delivery options. 

What about taxes and limits?

Each state is different, so please check with your individual state to learn more about tax regulations and limits that apply.

Is a signature required for delivery?

Deliveries require a signature from a person 21 years of age or older.

What is the return policy?

We think you’ll love our wine but know sometimes temperature of shipping can impact taste along the way.  If something in your bottle seems amiss, please let us know and we would be happy to discuss a credit or shipment of a replacement bottle.
